It’s time to announce the winner of our ‘Confessions of a Shopaholic’ competition. The lucky winner who will win a copy of the film’s soundtrack and £100 worth of high street vouchers is Jen, who shared her crime against fashion with us all.

My worst fashion disaster was when I was around 14. 'Baggy' trousers were in fashion, everyone was wearing them. They were baggy at the top and tapered in at the bottom. My mum bought me a pair that I absolutely loved. They were bright yellow with black piping down the side of each leg. I thought I was the bee's knees! Until I was out with a group of friends one day, thinking I looked soooooo cool (or hip as we said in those days) and a group of lads went by in a car and shouted out 'BANANA TROUSERS!!!'. My so called friends fell about laughing and I just wanted the ground to open up and swallow me, trousers and all. Needless to say my street cred was gone and so were the trousers.
