To everyone who has bought a ticket for my UK tour I'm so sorry to reschedule on you. My US album is just coming out here and I'm obligated to stay out here and promote it.

I miss you all and promise that a tour in the UK will be happening it's just a little later than planned

Thank you for your continued support.

Love Natasha

I think it's disgusting that you have cancelled your UK tour dates. You have re-scheduled twice and now a cancellation - well so much for your fans!
I won't buy a Natasha Bedingfield record, album, merch again. The US isn't all it seems.
You have just lost a fan!

I'm gutted too! Tour was originally scheduled for September and then received a letter saying she had to stay in US due to commitments then saw her on live TV in UK. Then the re-scheduled date gets cancelled again - whats that all about!! Been waiting along time to get blown out twice - not even priority tickets for next tour ?!?

Firstly, I agree with Thaynie completely !!
Secondly, Natasha wrote that it would still be happening but later than planned. How come I got a letter saying its been cancelled fully and I shall be getting my money refunded ? I am confused. Is it on or off ? Somebody ?

Natahsa, what about your obligation to people who bought? Booked before you obligated yourself for your new album given they were booked nearly a year ago! I will await your new album and await your lyrics on good old fashioned values and commitment? I guess you may feel this is a case of whingeing but as other people have noted, I have two daughters who were not best pleased - those of us who are grown up will realise the choice you have taken. A nice touch would be tickets for your intimate gigs in the spring to be allocated to prev ticket holders? Customer Relations!

You have devestated my 10 year old daughter and her friend. they were both born on 12th September and so as a special 10th birthday treat both mum's bought tickets to your brighton gig which originally should have been 2 weeks after their birthday. Then that was cancelled and re-scheduled to 23rd February. The girls were disappointed but determined to see you so were willing to wait the 5 months (which to 10 year olds is a long time) and now with a month to go they have been cancelled again. I have now got to find something else for them to do as a 5 month belated birthday present. I am not amused and my daughter is extremely upset. THANKS

Martyn,
Of course I think that she might be a little excited that her album is released in the states and is getting rave reviews. That is my point exactly. The US seems to be everything to her at the moment and the cancelled tour seems like nothing. Most artists would put their fans disappointment above their own excitement. Incredibly arrogant artists would not.

Not only the disapoointment TWICE over but Why should we be out of pocket - You do not get a full refund (only ticket value) I have lost the booking fee for each ticket and they have had my money since last April, probably sitting in a high interest account. If this can happen twice it can happen all over again.

Re: Natasha being cheery in her blogs pre the 25th, dont you think she might be a little excited that her album is released in the states and is getting rave reviews? Allot of people are bigging up the album over there and she is expected to hit #3 in the official chart in the first week! It is a big deal for her especially after all the work she has done.

At the end of the day we have noone to blame but ourselves for this - not natasha or america, we all know the real reason the tour is cancelled, if it had sold well enough then none of this would have happened, so, blame your friends for not coming with you!

I love Natasha, her music is great and she seems like a lovely person. But I am really upset with her at the moment, not only did she reschedule before shes gone and done it again. I was mean't to be seeing her for my birthday but now I can't! Aren't her English fans good enough for her ?

Some fans on here are so naive that they must still be in nappies. I would very much doubt if she was obligated to stay in the US.
I got an e-mail on 21/01/08 telling me that the tour was cancelled. Remarkable how cheery Natasha sounds on her blog entries of the 21st and 22nd and doesn't bother to acknowledge the tour cancellation personally until the 25th. If she is genuinely sorry about the tour cancellation she sure hides it well on those blog entries.

Inevitable really........fame, fortune, SELL OUT! Its fans that make you famous, you should look after them. By the way you've just lost so many more by cancelling in the UK. My wife and I were really looking forward to seeing you in Manchester. It's great that the ticket money will eventually be repaid shame about the hotel cancellation that won't be. Its a 4 hour trip to Manchester from where we live. We've got no other reason to travel up North. Its not as if there is a decent Michelin Star Restraunt to make a decent night of it. What goes around etc.............hope you happy :-(

Why are you guys yelling at Natasha, it's not her fault or whatever. Chill out, she will come to the UK again. Natasha, please come to Holland. Once i won sort of a private concert from your new album in amsterdam, i guess it was may 2007. But i couldn't and i'm still disappointed about that. But i'm a bigger fan right now, so the next time i will cancel everything.

With love,

I'm now totally disappointed by hearing this! Months ago I bought tickets for the concert in London. And also made some bookings for hotels etc. I was especially coming from Belgium! Can you even imagine people are doing that for you? Yes you DO have fans in Belgium. They exist! And I didn't want to wait any longer till you came to Belgium. And now... Pff I just can't believe it. I really hate it. I was so longing for your concert! Just to see you! If only there was another chance...
a very disappointed Belgian fan...

Natasha, I've just heard your new song called 'Angel'. Damn, it's so... I can't even describe. It is your best song, I'm sure. I know that you would not answer, 'cause we may get a lil' bit crazy of your personal attention, but still... What caused you to write an 'Angel'? I think it will be interesting to all of us, not just me, to hear your answer, if you don't mind, of course. Thank you beforehand and good luck!

Completely gutted! Felt let down when it was reschedulled but now I can't believe it's been cancelled altogether!
It's like saying that promoting in the US is more important than your tour here in the UK?
I dont get it?
We now have the hasstle of getting a refund and trying to get tickets for your next planned tour - if there will ever be one!
Also the free small gigs wont allow us all to be there, I tried desperately last time these gigs were on offer. of course most true fans will stay loyal to you ... but what about your loyalty to us?
Artists need to be in control of their careers not record labels.

I will always be a fan of Natasha! I love her music and normally fans stay loyal especially when it's out of the artists hands. Good luck with the new album Natasha! I'm still hoping to catch one of your acoustic gigs. :-D

People, please stop complaining.

Natasha is going to be doing free gigs, and you get a refund on all your tickets, and she is going on tour, just later than planned.

And she can't chose when her album is released in the US, that's all up to her label. And she is required to stay there by her label, as it is in her contract. Just remember, she's from the UK originally, and was there for a year before she came to the US. Consider yourself lucky aswell, as there are a lot of beautiful songs by Natasha that are not available there. There are 11 songs from N.B. not available in the US. Her singles are not available on CDs in the US. Hardly anyone in the US has heard her beautiful covers, like Ray Of Light, and Chasing Cars. And just remember, it was all because of you guys that she got where she is, and if she could be there, she would be.

i've never been so dissappointed about anything. why are these people acting like thye know her. you are fans not her best friends for christ sake. I'm contemplating giving up on her but i love her too much this is ridiculous though!

Natasha you're BRITISH not American so what are you playing at...get back where you belong or you are going to lose your fanbase and as you can see by the comments on here...you already are!

Hey Nat, it’s good to hear from you again!

I still don’t understand you guys, who give up on Natasha, because of a cancelled tour.

I totally agree MARTYN.
And especially about, it’s not Nat’s fault, and if you guys, ever had been a really NB fan, then you also would have understand this, and contrasting give up on her, you would have support her!!!

Well, this web-site is for really NATASHA BEDINGFIELD FANS, so what are you guys actually doing here – but now when you're here, instead of let her more down, then try to read the letter that she has written, and not just read it, but actually also understand what she’s saying!

This is actually an apologize from her, cause she is REALLY sorry about the UK-Tour!!

Don’t you get it?....

Nat, you just have to know, that I feel for you, and wish you all good in the future – ALSO with the promoting by you new album in the US. – Oh, by the way, LOOOVE you new single, “Pocketful of Sunshine” it’s brilliant!!!.....

Love, Charlo

first you reschedule, then you go and cancel it, well i'm pretty pleased, get my money back!! :)
because my dad is ill and needs to go into hospital when you were touring here, yet YOUR record label would not give a refund, thats diguisting, just to make you a little bit more money! well i hope you've got enough money to last you a life time cause from now on your gonna get it hard from your UK Fans!!

a bit of advice: a couple free gigs isnt going to win back your fans!!

the albums will be on ebay if anyones interested!!

Lay off Natasha, it isn't her fault - if you were any kind of fans you would stick by her through this, she is just as gutted as we are. For sure - its really crap being pissed about with this but we will see her again eventually.

Coatsie it doesnt matter if your card expired - they do it all through the account not the card, you will get the money with the same amount of hassle as everyone else.

See you soon Natasha x

Natasha, you need to sort yourself out. Why would you release an album at the same time you arranged a tour?

Take some responsibility for your own career rather than blaming someone else.

Wont be buying any tickets for any upcoming tour. Your Record label might have something else planned.
